Ordinations

On Saturday, June 27th, Archbishop John Stephens will ordain our Daniel as a deacon. Unless something outrageous happens, which it won't.  Tomorrow, June 14th, Tasha will read the Si Quis (Latin "if anyone"), which is a notification of the Archbishop's intention to ordain Daniel and asking whether there are any impediments. 

Amazingly, the Archbishop has invited our Vicar to lead the pre-ordination retreat. She said yes before she realized that this also meant that she would be preaching at the ordinations. 

So, good people of St. Mary Magdalene, you have many reasons to attend this moving liturgy at Christ Church Cathedral. Saturday, June 27 at 10:30 am.
