In Memoriam

Our friend and long time parishioner John Lamble died on October 20th. His daughter Sarah shared that his health took a rapid decline starting in April 2025. 

John was a key member of the church team that worked over many years to redevelop the church site into St. George's Place. He was instrumental in the design of our worship space, ensuring its beauty and sense of the sacred. John was very practical, and made sure that the church's financial arrangements with St. George's Place were favorable yet fair. He left us a great legacy. 

There will be a memorial service for him at St. Mary’s Kerrisdale on November 22 at 2:00 pm, followed by a reception. All are welcome to attend.
